How to configure AI record summary?After configuring the license key, go to CRM Settings > Other Settings > AI Record Summary Configuration to enable the AI Record Summary for the desired modules. Refer to the screenshot below.
Select Modules to Enable AI record summary:After activating the license, you will be redirected to the AI record summary Configuration page.
Select any module (For example: Opportunities, Contacts, Organization, Leads etc)
Choose where you want to enable the AI record summary for example:
- AI record summary in Organization
After selecting the desired module and fields, and checking the ‘Enable AI Record Summary’ checkbox to specify where the summary should be applied, click Save. The selected configurations will then appear in the list below, as shown in the screenshot
How to Use the AI Record Summary Effectively?AI Record Summary in that Module’s:
- Open the desired module, such as the Organization detail page.
- Click the AI Record Summary button, as shown in the screenshot below.
When the user clicks the AI Record Summary button, a pop-up window opens with additional options to generate the summary, as shown in the screenshot below.
The additional options available are:
- Make Shorter
- Expand
- Highlights Risk & Opportunities
- Next Step Suggestion
- Refresh Summary
- Copy to Clipboard
Make Shorter:The Make Shorter option refines the generated summary into a more concise version. This helps users quickly view only the most important details without extra text.
Expand:The Expand option provides a more detailed version of the generated summary. It includes additional context and information for a deeper understanding of the record.
Highlights Risk & Opportunities: The Highlights Risk & Opportunities option identifies potential risks and opportunities related to the record. If no summary is generated, this section will not display any results.
Next Step Suggestion:The Next Step Suggestion option provides AI-recommended actions based on the record’s context. If no summary is generated.
Refresh Summary:The Refresh Summary option regenerates the AI summary to include the most recent updates and changes in the record. This ensures the displayed summary is always up to date.
Copy to Clipboard:The Copy to Clipboard option allows users to copy the generated summary text and paste it into emails, notes, or other applications.
