How to configure AI Profile Scoring in vTiger?After configuring the license key, go to CRM Settings > Other Settings > AI Profile Scoring Configuration to enable the AI Profile Scoring for the desired modules. Refer to the screenshot below.
Select Modules to Enable AI Profile Scoring:After activating the license, you will be redirected to the AI Profile Scoring Configuration page.
Select a module (Opportunities, Contacts, Organization, Leads.)
Choose where you want to enable the AI Profile Scoring:
- AI Profile Scoring in Opportunities
- AI Profile Scoring in Contacts
- AI Profile Scoring in Organization
- AI Profile Scoring in Leads
After selecting the desired module and fields and checking the Enable AI Profile Scoring checkbox where the AI Profile Scoring should be enabled, click Save. The selected configurations will be listed below, as illustrated in the screenshot.
How to use the AI Profile Scoring effectively?AI Profile Scoring in that Module’s:Open a module, such as Contacts.
Select one or more records and click the AI Profile Scoring button. The system will generate the score, which will then appear under the Profile Score column, as shown below.
In the detailed view of any record, you can see the Star Rating, which shows how many stars the record has earned.
This rating is based on the Profile Score calculated in the listing screen.
