I ) Introduction :

Chat with User functionality designed by CRM Tiger. This module is extensively developed for chatting with multiple user. If user want to communicate with another users then using Ajaxchat. Install the Ajaxchat extension successfully, user can share a details and communicate with each other

II ) Requirements :

vTigerCRM version.

III ) Assumptions:

Ajax Chat tool integrated within VTiger allows users to send direct & private group messages, create public channels/chat rooms and keep track of all the communication within VTiger.

1. On Successfully Login you will be presented with screen as below.

2. Click Chat Icon from right hand side top menu bar.

3. Multiple user can do group chatting

4. Group channel offer Private and Public chat.

5. If channel is Private then sent message is display only own account. Other users can not seen at there when choosed channel is Private.

6. If channel is Public then other users will be enter on chat and get messages of following: “(User Name) enter the channel”
