Login Url for Customer Portal App will be the same as your CRM URL

Main Menu Navigation 

The Leftmost navigation on top is the main menu that users will use to access available features from any screen of the CRM Mobile App.

  1. User Profile – customers can view profile and username
  2. Tickets – customers can view the list of tickets, details about the tickets and  As per the given rights to the customers they can add/edit the ticket,update tickets and add documents  .
  3. FAQ –  customers can view the list of Frequently asked questions by the customers.
  4. Projects – customers can view the list of projects,As per the given rights to the customers they can view the updates, comments, documents,view the project tasks, project milestones.
  5. Documents – customers can view the list of documents,As per the given rights to the customers they can view the update they have done in the documents.
  6. Quotes – customers can view the list of quotes and as per giver rights they can view where the last time the quote was updated and list of updated quotes.
  7. Invoice – customers can view Invoice with all the details, as per giver rights they can view where the last time the invoice was updated and list of updated invoices .
  8. Services – customers can view the list of  Services with all the given details,as per giver rights they can view where the last time the services were updated and list of updated services  .
  9. Asset – Customers can view a list of assets with all the Details,as per giver rights they can view where the last time the assets were updated and list of updated assets also edit the assets information .
  10. Service Contract – Customers can view the details of the contract, as per giver rights they can view where the last time the service contract was updated and list of updated service contracts .
  11. Notification – when customers add new tickets and documents after that the List of all the notification customers can view here.

Reports on Dashboard

*This feature allows users to have a graphical representation of module summaries on the dashboard.Customers can see the list of Recent tickets, Recent documents,Recent FAQ, Recent Invoices,Recent Quotes.

Create Ticket

*This feature allows users to create new tickets from mobile applications.At the time of ticket generation customers can add and set the title, priority (low,normal,high,urgent), status (open,in progress, wait for response, closed) , description and many more fields.

Create Document

*This feature allows users to create new documents from mobile applications .At the time of document creation add and set the title, file customers want to upload file as Image from camera and gallery, also add an pdf or .doc file as a document.
