vT6.x / Dashboard

CTMobile extension dashboard, If your extension version not updated then you get button “Click here to update” for Update Extension under CRMTiger Apps Updates block.

Once you update extension message display here “You have Updated Version”.

vT6.x / License Configuration

You can activate your license here which you get in mail after register for App.

vT6.x / Mail Manager

1. Click on “All” Menu then “Mail Manager”. You will be navigated to Configure Mailbox page

2. Click Create Mailbox from the screen.

Select your email provider from the list, enter valid details and Save.

3. If your email provider name is not listed select Other and enter all valid details and Save.

GoTo Settings > CRM Settings

For Create Workflow, GoTo Under Automation > Workflows > New Workflow

Fill information under Basic Information block and select trigger under Workflow trigger block

Add Condition under Workflow Condition and select “Push Notification” Action under Workflow Actions

Fill up notification details and Save

vT7.x / Mail Manager

1. Click on Menu icon then “Mail Manager” under ESSENTIALS. You will be navigated to Configure Mailbox page

2. Click Configure Mailbox from the popup screen Select your email provider, enter valid details and Save.

3. If your email provider name is not listed select Other and enter all valid details and Save.
